Nowadays nothing can really escape the eyes of social media. It has become a trend that during a cricket match when the camera accidentally catches something interesting or really hilarious, social media just jumps on to it.

Yesterday, the camera caught a distraught Pakistani fan watching in disappointment and anger as his team kept dropping easy catches.

Millions of fans across the world saw him on TV and then the ICC acknowledging him was enough for his photo to go viral.

Even many Pakistani fans said that this man actually sums up the feeling of all the Pakistani fans. To make things worse the Pakistani team dropped a lot of catches and gave up easy run through minefields.

The reactions from netizens were equally hilarious

As he started becoming a sensation on Twitter, Pakistan reporter Zainab Abbas tracked actually managed to track down the man and sat with him to know why he reacted the way he did.

I could see it land on his hand and then he dropped it, so it was really disappointing to see it happen right in front of me. And I couldn’t say anything because he had just come off a family tragedy, so I didn’t shout at him.

One thing is for sure, one can’t blame him. That was a pretty bad day for Pakistan on the field.
